Our research projects use mixed methods and lean heavily into real-world use cases, moving our work beyond theory and into the life-giving practices that shape organizations from the inside out.

We are thrilled to launch our first research initiative, Wisdom in the Workplace, designed to deepen our understanding of how Wisdom is perceived, experienced, and engaged across today’s professional environments.

Insights from this research directly inform our in-person sessions, consulting, and speaking engagements—equipping leaders and professionals with both the tools to lead with Wisdom and the skills to apply them in complex, real-world contexts.
